We are happy to release a new version of IDEA StatiCa Concrete. Version 10.0 is another enhancement of design process focused on beams, cross-sections, walls, dapped ends, openings, hangings, brackets and other concrete details.

Version 9.0

Version 9 brings some improvements like Lateral instability for slender beams, Elastic modulus input in construction stages or Midas Civil BIM link improvement.

Version 8.0

Version 8 is the next chapter in simplifying and improving your design process of concrete members. It comes one year after the previous version 7 and brings many new features and improvements. The majority of them were inspired by our users, resellers and partners.

Version 7.1

Some of wide spread 3D FEA packages do not contain their own module for prestressing and construction stages or their solution is weak and does not cover the needs of the users. Due to the absence or unreliability of the links between those programs and the design tools (an independent programs or excel sheets), the workflow is interrupted and manual data transfer is needed at the interfaces. This system is ineffective and highly vulnerable. Significant improvement in completeness of tools for the workflow above is a reliable and seamless link between those programs and IDEA StatiCa Beam.

Version 7.0

Most of unique innovations have been introduced due to the fact that a man is lazy and wants to make his life easier than before.Undoubtedly bridge load rating is laborious hand-iterative process, especially when it comes to reinforced and/or prestressed concrete bridges. The engineer can spend days and weeks trials and errors in the estimation of bridge load-carrying capacity. The problem lies in the determination of load-bearing capacity of cross-section subjected to the combination of normal and shear forces, bending and torsional moments. Due to the different effect of dead and live loads and the non-linear behavior of concrete, the problem becomes non-linear and its solution requires the use of suitable iterative method.
